Need help and assistance from one of you to understand the complete calculation procedure of the Grand (average) mean for the Gallop Q12 Survey.
Is there an excel reference sheet to understand the assumptions/formulas for calculation.

I know you exposed this problem a year ago but..did you get any solution? I'm writing my thesis on the Human Sigma, and I was wondering the same thing about Q12 and C11 calculations.
