Pf Contribution By Employer - Pf Contributions

I was employed by Navrachana Higher Secondary School from june 1977.
The school authority has suspended me under pending inquary since march 2004. Ihave filed case against management at Higher secondary Tribunal gujarat state.
My employer has not deposited their pf contribution for the year 2005, 2006 and 2007.
The employer has served me retirnment letter on 13/5/2007 on my attaining 58 years age. The case is still pending in the tribunal. Ihave already complain about this to regional pf office but no action is taken by the pf office
What should be my course of action?

Take a help media. Now-a-days they give a very good turns to the justice. Make a interesting case call them up. get the popularity & pressure. There will be many people who may this issue, gather them. One by one be united n fight for it.

There are two issues
1. Disciplinary proceedings and the case in the Court
2. Retirement at the age of reaching 58 years
There is a dispute on item 1. There can not be any dispute on item 2.
The dispute is in court. Ask your advocate to file a petition before the Honourable Presiding Officer seeking direction to PF Authorities to settle your PF claim and also your Pension immediately
While doing so, plead that Pension calculation must be made as though you are in service upto the gae of reaching superannuation. You will get a direction in your favour
