I am working as an HR Executive in a training and consultancy organization. In order to expand our organization, we are hiring new staff for various positions. I would like to know what kind of psychometric tests can be used while recruiting a person and which will measure parameters like Attitude, Leadership, Team building, Stress, Communication, etc.

From where can I get these tests. Please let me know ASAP.

If you're looking for tests that your organization can use, check out the DISC tests. Many BPO organizations use the DISC test for judging the fit between personality, attitudes, behaviors, and jobs.

DISC stands for:

- Dominance: relating to control, power, and assertiveness
- Influence: relating to social situations and communication
- Steadiness: relating to patience, persistence, and thoughtfulness
- Conscientiousness (or caution, compliance in Marston's time): relating to structure and organization

There are a number of tests available. However, you can look at the following:

1. Thomas Profiling (DISC): You can find the address online, and they are available in Mumbai. It is very simple, less time-consuming, reasonably accurate. Expenses could be around Rs 2000 to 4000, depending on the number of different reports you need.

2. 16 PF: Ma Foi in India can assist you in providing software. The cost per candidate could be around Rs 2000 to 4000.

3. You can also consider MBTI.
