Understanding HR Hierarchy: How Should We Structure Roles Above and Below Head of HR?

1. Head of HR and positions above that level for the organizational structure.
2. Positions below the Head of HR level in the organizational structure.
3. The most recent HR post equivalent to the level of a GM or VP.

Thank you for your reply. I need to reorganize the HR department's structure in the group companies. Additionally, the Head of HR is to be promoted with group companies' responsibilities, so a new designation equivalent to GM or VP is required.
