Organisation Chart Preparation

Dear All,
I need the heirachy from the following-
1. Head-HR and above level position, for organizational structure.
2. Below the level of Head-HR level position in org. structure.
3. The latest post in HR which is equivalent to GM or VP level.

Org Struture differs from company to company.
Also, ur request is not clear. Do u want a general hierarchy structure of HR? Can u be more specific please.

I need to re-organise the HR dept.'s structure in the group companies.
Also, Head - HR is to be promoted with group companies' responsibilities, so new designation equivavalent to GM or VP is required.
