I am pursuing M.B.A III sem
And just after its completion I want to do PhD
I am staying in Chd. Do I need to come daily to attend the classes?
And when & How should I register

I am MBA in HRM and a working professional. I want to go for phd program with a government recognised university. I am based out of Jaipur. Can anyone guide me any good university in Jaipur. And also if possible, kindly guide how important is it to do Phd for a govt. university.
