I am also planning to start PHD in HRM. I have just started thinking about the program. so still at the prelimiary stage. Trying to figure out the process etc. Can anybody help me in this regards.

First we should do a self analysis that why we need to do a Phd in HR
U can do Phd From IBS..and moreover You will get paid for this,but definetly with some stipulations..

Admissions in AIMA-AMU PhD Programme is being kept in abeyance till further order, in view of UGC Notification NO.28 July 11-17, 2009
Please suggest what to do??? admissions are happening or not???
