I request you to let me know why there is a need to change the name. Who has requested the change and what is the new focus of your organization for the HR function? Based on your rationale, we may be able to suggest a more appropriate name.
How about Human Interaction Management? Shakespeare once said, "What's in a name?" A rose would smell just the same, no matter by what name you call it.
How long do we have to maintain the name "HR"? Can we consider changing this name in our organization? In many organizations, the HR function has a different name internally.
I don't think any other name will cover all aspects of HR. Earlier, the HR department used to be known as the Personnel Department. The name "HR" is globally accepted. Still, if you find a name that is better than this, then it's okay.
Instead of Human Resource Management, we can also use "Human Mind Management" because human beings are not resources just like other resources (finance, material, etc.).
