Yes, Sunayna, in my view, JIT in HR is a concept that can be applied everywhere. It originated in manufacturing and is used on shop floors. Similarly, in HR, the department can preempt the needs of other departments and make resources available as and when required. Pre-estimating the training needs and making it available on demand can help the organization save a significant amount of money. This is my opinion regarding the relationship between JIT and HR.
