Hi, I am a 2nd-year MBA HR student. I have selected Talent Management as my project topic. Please explain to me how to prepare a questionnaire on it. What I want to know is which are the important questions that I should add in my questionnaire.

Please see my posts on Research methodology and also on Questionnaire design at CiteHr. Also, conduct a literature survey to understand what others have done in that field, how, and why they did it that way. Then adapt one of the questionnaires that others have used or design one on your own, depending upon your aim and objectives.

Dear Rupa,

I hope you have read my post above yours. You have chosen the right name for the ID and "Think". Where are you doing your PhD? Have you not got a tutor guide? What are the aims of your research and its objectives? What do you mean by "send me the assumptions and the research methodology questionnaire on talent management"? Talent Management is a vast field, which led to 330,000 hits. Hence, without narrowing it down to some specific area, it will be an arduous task.
