Struggling to Create an HR Scorecard? Share Your Resources and Experiences Here

We are in the process of implementing the Balanced Scorecard in our organization. As part of this initiative, we need to design an HR Scorecard. I have been attempting to download some materials from this site but have encountered difficulties. I kindly request you to share any resources you may have, as I am certain that some of you have experience implementing this in your respective organizations.

I am new in this area of BSC, partially because I am working in a government facility, and they are not recognized as efficient ones. About a year ago, one of my superiors started the BSC talks with Norwegian colleagues from the Norwegian MoD. Since I am an HR manager, my primary interest is in HR and BSC. I must say that I was impressed with the idea of BSC. There is a lot of material that is possible to use on this site. I would like to thank you all for that. If there are any questions for me, just fire away!
