KRA's Linked With Performance Appraisal

Hi,....
I am working in an IT company and have to link the KRA with the performance appraisal form of the employees... Can anyone please let me know how the KRA sheet will be included in a 360 degree appraisal form????

Hello Sunaina. I think you mean the other way around – How do you link the 360 degree rating into an employee’s KRA sheet?
If that is what you mean, then for, say, a KRA of “demonstrates teamwork”, include the score for the question about teamwork from the 360 degree questionnaire onto that part of the KRA results sheet.

Dear Sunaina,
One of the simple ways of doing it is to employ one of the measures of central tendency, i.e. mean, median or mode to deal with the multiple appraisals. Individual appraisals also may need to be assigned a weight age before applying averaging measures to the numerical values and deriving values for each KRA.
The Final ratings scale could be amplified with narratives and linked to each KRA.
