Planning a Republic Day Event for Orphans in Chennai: What Activities Would You Suggest?

We friends are planning to conduct a one-day events-based program on 26th January at an orphanage in Chennai. Kindly suggest possible events we can conduct on Republic Day. The orphans are in the age group from 10 to 30. In case any of you wish to participate and contribute, you are welcome.

Hi Hari,

Don't expect like-minded people to be in on 26 May; some of them may have seen it from outside Chennai and may not be able to respond. Even in Chennai, very few will have the same thinking.

I am from Chennai, and I am not too keen. However, if you need some help, I don't mind participating for a few hours, maybe two to three hours.

What is the budget? We may have to spend a minimum of Rs 2000 to Rs 3000 for some good events, and you need at least 15 to 20 people to join. Maybe a few sports events the orphanages would have organized, and we need to sponsor and be with them.

Check the facts and come up with a little more concrete picture, and some will definitely respond.
