Percentage Of Salary Hike

I would like to know about the percentage of hike one could ask for with 5 years experience in HR, while changing to another company.
Presently getting 2.1 p.a.

you have not mentioned what is your current work profile. Also, you are working at what level in what size company & which industry. Salary will depend on all these things. Also you educational qualification will hold some importance.

I have been into Employee relations and Talent management with a marketing communication firm as senior executive. Our total workforce is of 50, having 2 offices in south India.
Regarding education, hold PGDBA in HR from NIT.

chech the comapny profitsand revenues, if it is running good ....
u can ask 30% of increase on the cureent salary, this is the stadard and minimum barganing limit in the industry for a person having minimum of 5 years experience.
u can have demand of allowances and other benefits also.
incase the company is not ready to agree u can excersie option of bargaing for other allowances and benefits.
