I am working in a software company in HR.We are working on some morale building exercise for our employees.We are working on some awards like
Best Employee of the year
Best Programmer of the year
Best Team of the Year
Award for Man on time etc...
Can you kindly help me out in framming the rating system or Method of assessing the employee for award...Is there any rating system prevails.....What are all the attributes we need to take into account to select the employees for the said awards ...kindly send me some format or samples..
