Sorry to hear that. It's happend to me too. But i always had kept back up copies of the previous version. HIf you take the computer to experts they may be able to retrieve the file; our technicians at the unversities used to try and retrieve most of it.
What matter are you looking for? Have you searched CiteHr. It's possible others have posted information on other strings.
