Struggling with My MBA Project on Performance Management – Any Tips or Resources?

Hello everybody, I am a 4th-semester MBA student. Recently, my teacher has assigned me a project on performance management. Since I have opted for HR as my specialization, I'll need to come up with a very good project. Could you please help and suggest some links?
