I am collating data on Training Trends in the Indian software industry and invite your inputs on the same. I would be obliged if you could quote/refer to the source from which the data has been obtained. Specifically, I am looking forward to the data pertaining to Mandays/Manhours devoted by IT companies to IT training in regular/rare skills, new skills areas, and emerging technologies.
I believe there was an article in Business Today with similar data in the previous issue. I would feel obliged if someone could send details of the issue.
