Thank you for the reply, but I am not looking for an email that is sent by the employee on their last day of work. I am looking for a format in which HR can email the whole organization that Mr. XYZ is no longer working with us.

Maybe I wasn't very clear when posting the query.

Ok, let me check. I will post it. When you introduce his/her successor, just mention the replacement if applicable, or simply inform everyone.
