Can We Skip the Experience & Relieving Letter for Termination Due to Unapproved Leave?

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone let me know if we can avoid issuing an Experience & Relieving letter if we terminate an employee for having taken long leave without prior approval?

Hi,

Why avoid? On one hand, we all talk about professionalism and HR forums. On the other hand, we try to get responses for doing something which is not a professional approach. You are going to issue a letter indicating the reason for leaving as abandonment and close the file.
