Availing Leaves During Notice Period

Hi All,
I want to know whether an employee who has given resignation notice can avail paid leaves during the notice period. Plz help.

Yes, You can avail your paid leaves upon giving resignation. It all depends whether you have handed over your responsibilities well. You have to ve responsible and cooperative enough to train your replacement in the organization... and serve your notice period with sincerity,

It all depends on the company policy. Most of the companies have incorporated this in their personnel Policy mannual.
