Two days ago, I had to submit collected information on various topics, one of them being HR Audit. I scrolled through all the articles posted by various members and collected all. As an introduction to HR in an organization for the first time, and being new to this field, I only had the idea that HR audit is related to the hiring procedure, maintenance of individual employee records, statutory payments to the department, appointments, leave policy, etc. It's great to know that it involves more.
