It has been observed that few of you come at sharp 9.30 or even a bit later due to any personal reasons like ill health / traffic / travel issues etc. It is expected that you all be at your seat 15 minutes pre 09.30 am, and not arrive in office at 9.30....
In context of the above it is expected that you all reach office by/at 09.15 am.
Am sure that this little effort and adjustment will go a long way in creating better rapport with the existing clients, will enable us to procure more clients, will enhance first-rate customer service, thereby bettering our Goodwill in the market.
