What are the best practices in which process? Are you referring to best practices in HR in manufacturing? Or do you want to know about the best manufacturing processes?

Incidentally, the Balanced Scorecard is a tool to drive strategy. To my knowledge, Tata Motors and Taj Hotels have implemented the BSC. Many more organizations have also implemented BSC in some form or another.

Here are some examples of good HR processes:
1. Recruitment - HLL, Ashok Leyland, ITC
2. Performance Appraisal - Murugappa Group in Chennai
3. Employee Welfare - TVS Group, Titan, Tata Steel
4. Employee Relations - Tata Steel, TVS Group
