I'm working as a HR Coordinator in a leading Retail SuperMarket in Saudi Arabia and i was given the task to create our company's compensation manual. I'm quite new with the Compensation role. I would like to ask what should be the content of the compensation manual. I would appreciate also if someone could provide / send a sample of it.

i hv taken COMPENSATION MANAGEMENT as my project....so need ur inputs as 2 hw should i go abt it...

Dear Lavina,

Please do not request finished projects or questionnaires on this forum, without giving enough information.

Instead of asking for a completed project, please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organisation). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.

If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.

I am not sure if you have read any literature on questionnaire design. If not, go to questionnaire design + guidelines - Google Search= Also see MBA Project/Dissertation where an MBA project is attached as an example.

hello every one!!
I am new to this site. I am doing my HR project on compensation management in a HR consultancy firm. i started this project 2 weeks back and studied all the compensation policies of the firm. now its time for me to prepare a questionnaire for the project. Please suggest me how to proceed with the questions and make my questionnaire interesting to the employees, so that i get reliable answers from them.

It'ss not enough to study the comapny practices. Depending upon your aim and objectives, you need to study relevcant literature (journal articles) to see what others have done, how and why that way. Please see my posts in this thread for more details.

You need to decide what's the purpose of your study. Is it information gathering, or gauging satisfaction through a survey, or suggesting some chnages in comp structure etc... Based on the aim, you can decide on the questions and the overall approach.
