Difference Between HRD And HRP

Hi sir,
I would like to know what the difference between Human Resources Development (HRD) and Human Resources Planning (HRP).
I think HRP is a part of HRD, and what the career growth for both organization and individual with both?

HRD is where human resource development which is the part of of operative functions of HRM it consists of appraisal,training and development,
Where hrp is human resource planning which helps to ensure the organization have sufficient human resource(in type and number)to meet the future requirements of the the organization.
