I am Ravindra. I am doing my MBA(HR) project on Training and Development of Employees of an organization. I need the details like what could be the objective of project on training and development and on what areas the project need to done.
Kindly someone help me out on this.

To do the project on training & development following things you should take in to consideration.
1) Process followed by the company for the identification of training needs.
2) Training process / Schedule.
3) Measures followed to identify the Effectiveness of the training.
4) Mesurements for the Impact for the training.

First of all, the project should contain theoritical background on Trg & development, then you should support it by visisting a Company and then gathering their Training and development Strategies finally your Analysis
