Navigating Leave Records: Can You Carry Forward Sick and Casual Leave?

Could anyone please guide me on working with the leave register? Can sick leave and casual leave be carried forward to the current year? What is the minimum number of days that need to be kept in balance in order to encash the remaining leave from the past year? Please provide guidance and also advise on the best program to maintain the leave records.

Casual leave and Sick leave cannot be carried forward to the next year, nor can they be combined with each other.
