Cite Search Query Menu Not Working

When I type 'KRA' in the citehr search query menu, it display no search result found. But when i type the same in the Google it give results and that too match found in the citehr site.
Pls. let me know why this is happeing as we mostly use cite hr search query coloumn to search various topics.

I just tried and it works.
The search facility is at just below the top blue bar, when you clik on "Today's Posts" and is labeled "Home > Search Forums".
