Dear Rajeev,

I am Hitesh Brahmbhatt. First of all, you should take your attendance Register and count the following:
- How many Days = Leave Earned PL/CL/SL + carried forward
- Days Present / out of 30 or 31
- Month
- Days leave
- Days present
- Serial number
- How many weekly offs
- How many leaves availed (Casual leave, Privileged Leave, Sick leave) and on which particular day they will be availed
- Compensation Off

Then, you can enter the following details:
- Total days leave in column 1
- Month
- Days physically present out of 30 or 31
- Leave availed means regular, leave filled up but not granted (refused)
- Leave days availed from days to mention dates
- Days and minus leave and carry forward next month
- 22 present + 4 leave + 5 weekly offs = 31
