Leave Rules Under Societies Registration Act - DOC Download

Dear all,
our organisation comes under Societies registration Act.
Can anybody tell me that what must be the ideal leave rules here.
The strength is arround 70.

Hi Amit!
You want to mean that there should not be any Sick leave,
and people are not entitled to have any earned leave?
I am siting you an example: Suppose a person from west-bengal works in a Delhi based company.He served at the company for more than 1 year, suddently for some emergency he wants to go to west-bengal for 12 days, but he has only 3-4 APL, then what would happen? for the remaining day he wil be LWP? Then one may say company is not at all bother for welfare of the personnel.
So what you suggest?
