Leave Rules for Societies Registration Act: What Should Our 70-Member Team Follow?

Our organization falls under the Societies Registration Act. Can anybody tell me what the ideal leave rules should be here? The strength is around 70.

Do you mean that there should be no sick leave, and people are not entitled to any earned leave?

I am giving you an example: Suppose a person from West Bengal works in a Delhi-based company. He has been with the company for more than 1 year. Suddenly, due to an emergency, he needs to go to West Bengal for 12 days, but he only has 3-4 APL days. What would happen for the remaining days? Will he be on leave without pay (LWP)? One might argue that the company is not concerned about the welfare of its employees.

What do you suggest?
