I am currently working as Jr. HR in a growing s/w dvp. co. I was the 12th member to join the company, after 6months ie., now the size of the team is around 40. Though my designation is Jr.HR, I am more in to Recruitments. My interest lies in Core HR and was already communicated to the Mgt. about my interest. But all my efforts went in to vain. Now I have decided to change my company aswellas my role in HR. I have no experience in any core HR activities. How can I move to core HR role such as in to compensation and benefits, appraisals, T&D, Pay roll? Can any one kindly suggest me in this regard? I completed one year in the company.
