In my view, the following should be qualities:
- Must be adaptable, positive, a motivator, and committed to both employer and employees.
- Should be responsible for the following:
- First and above all, responsibility is to ensure that there are no disputes in any issues related to HR such as salary, appraisals, increments, and facilities.
- Should work towards a healthy environment at the workplace by motivating the employees and persuading the employer at the same pace.
- Stick to our main goal of Human Resource Development, taking care of the interests of both employees and employers.
