Hi Kamal,

That was very good and even interesting. Can you just send a shorter exercise that can be done while sitting in a conference room or at their own desk?

Thanks,
Samrodha

Hi Samrodha,

You can conduct a simple game, for example:
a. Make two teams containing no more than five members each (teams and team members can vary).
b. Give one common theme for both teams to draw a sketch.
c. Ask them to draw a picture based on that theme, with every team member contributing to the picture.
d. The leader of the team should be able to elaborate and connect the picture with the given theme.

This activity will help foster creativity and team spirit while working towards common goals.
