A few days before I also quoted and needed help on BEI techniquu.But today I have got some knowledge of it.
Behaviour event interview is the prediction of future performance of a candidate considering his past behaviour.Interviewer has to predict how the candidate would bahave in a similiar setuation given to him by asking questions regarding how he had bahaved in the past?
At the time of this interview, Interviewer should record the key elements of candidate's personal involvements.
The questions to ask in this type of interview probing on the specific setuation like What was the problem?,How you deal with it?,What was the outcome?What happened first/next?,Who was involved?,etc...
Interviewer cantake judgement of the skills,knowledge and talentby applying best prediction principles.The main object of this is to select right person for right job.
I think this will clear the term of BEI.
