Basically, induction is the very first stepstone for the new joinee in any organization, from where they get to know the blueprint of the organization with which they are going to be associated. A well-planned induction is commonly made on MS-Powerpoint. It is also very user-friendly if made in a PowerPoint presentation. It should include every policy, rule, a short description of the HOD, company history, financial results, clients, strength of manpower, company achievements and recognition, key persons to contact in case of any problem or emergency, etc.
