If any mistake in the order of grades, please correct it ….

Hi,
If you want, you can add Sr. Executive HR, AGM HR, DGM HR. Moreover, I think Sr. Assistant Vice President doesn't seem to be OK. If a person is senior, how can he be assistant at the same time? I think this may be deleted from the hierarchy.

MG1 - Management - CEO, CTO, CFO Etc Category
MG2 - Senior Management - GM, VP
MG3 - Manager Cader - Manager.
