Seeking Help to Design an Engaging Outward Bound Training Program for 1200 Employees

We are planning to organize a training program through Outward Bound learning for workmen. We aim to develop the necessary infrastructure, models, and innovative programs at a site located 50 km away from the plant. Our goal is to include all 1200 of our employees.

Can anyone suggest a source where I can find assistance in designing infrastructure, games, models, etc. for this initiative?

Regarding the program, if you would like to conduct it, you can consider the Chennai Trade Centre. Especially if you are part of a Chennai-based company, this location is very convenient for all activities.
