Are These Forms Part of the Induction Kit? Urgent Help Needed!

Can anyone kindly tell me if the below-mentioned forms are part of the Induction Kit:

1. PAN Application
2. Tax Declaration forms
3. Tax computation
4. PF nomination forms

Please let me know. It's urgent.

Hi Leena,

These forms are very important once an employee joins the company. If you complete your work early, you need to work smartly and prefer to fill out all applications during the Induction program itself. Otherwise, you need to follow up with the candidate to ensure they fill out the application. Be a smart employee in your organization.

Except the PF Nomination form, all other forms can be completed later on. If you get these forms completed beforehand, then no worries. Your time is saved. :)

This is not part of the Induction Kit. As per my knowledge, it is a part of the joining formalities.

2. Induction Kit
a) Scrubbing Pad
b) Ball Pen
c) Pencil
d) Eraser
e) Sharpener
f) Pen Stand
g) Stapler
h) Stapler Pins
i) Diary
j) File Folder
3. Joining Paper
4. Statutory Forms as per Government Act.
