Can any one kindly tell me does below mentioned forms are part of Induction Kit.
1. PAN Application
2. Tax Declaration forms
3. Tax computation
4. PF nomination forms

Hi Leena,
This forms are very important once employee joined in the company.
If you complete your work early need to become smart working
you prefare all application in Induction program itself.
Otherwise you need tpfollow up the candidate to fill the application.
Be a smart employee in your organisation.

Except PF Nomination form all other forms can be completed later on. If you get these forms completed before hand then no worries. Your time is saved. :)

This is not the part of Induction Kit. As per my knowledge it is a part of joining formalities.
