Dear seniors, we have our registered (Regd) and head office in Chennai. We have employed more than 50 people in Delhi. I would like to know whether we need to deposit the Labour Welfare Fund as per Delhi rules or as per Tamil Nadu rules.

Hi Ramaseshan, if you have an office in Delhi, you have to submit LWF as per Delhi Rules.

My office is registered in Gujarat, although we have the head office and operations in Uttar Pradesh. Do we still have to pay the LWF? Kindly reply asap.
