What Formats Do I Need for Training in a Software Company? Seeking Guidance

I have been tasked with preparing the necessary formats required for training. What are all the necessary formats we need for training? One essential format is the training needs assessment, but I am unsure about the procedure and the other required formats and steps. Could someone please explain to me the procedure for how training takes place in a software company and what formats are needed?

I'm working in Training & Development. I don't think that there would be a requirement of formats for Training Need Analysis. In the past, organizations used to train only employees who are not up to the mark or in a specific area where training is required. Nowadays, corporates are training each and every employee in ISO standards.

I'm working in a Logistics Company based in Hyderabad, looking after All India Employees T & D Coordination. Standard formats would be Training Calendar, Feedback Form, Checklists, etc.
