How Do I Write a Simple Report on Campus Recruitment for My HR Manager?

Hi,

I have visited a campus for recruitment and have selected some candidates from there. Now I need to submit a report on the same to the HR Manager. Would you please provide me with some information about this? I don't have to make a PowerPoint presentation but just a simple report on campus recruitment.

Dear Sender,

You can just prepare a report format which states the date and address of the campus and the purpose. Include details of candidates who appeared for the written test, GD, personnel interview, and shortlisted candidates for absorption. Also, mention the panel who conducted the campus interview. Attach the observations made during the campus interview in support of the same. You can then submit this for his approval before issuing the letter of offer.

Hi,

If you have seen the candidates from different streams/specializations, you can provide the statistics of how many students were there from each stream. If there was a written test, then the percentage of students who qualified, out of that the percentage of I class and II class students. Similarly, the percentage of students who cleared GD and the final round. Finally, the percentage of students selected. You can add your observations.
