Seeking HR Summer Internship in Bangalore: Insights on Training & Development Opportunities?

I am a management student currently looking for a summer internship project from April to June in Bangalore. I am planning to specialize in HR. I am particularly interested in exploring the Training & Development aspect of HRD. Could anyone provide me with more insights into this? Additionally, please let me know about organizations that allow and encourage internships.

Basically, companies like Goldman Sachs, Google, Colgate, and a host of other companies provide opportunities for summer internships. I have heard this from friends of mine who have done internships in these companies. You definitely have to be competitive to get through as well. Do try your luck though... All the very best!
