Recruitment In The Logistic Industry In India - DOC Download

I in midst of recruiting about 300 personnel in various roles in the logistic industry throughout India namely Chennai, Mumbai,Delhi,Kolkata and Nagpur. These are of various roles from warehouse managers right to the warehouse ground crew.
I have only one month to do so as such any support is appreciated.

Recently I happen to read that big wig Indian companies started recruiting experienced NRI staff from the ME region, becasue of thier inability to recruit other foreign nationals to India. What about recruitment from the Gulf region, especially UAE where we have a good pool of experienced staff in the logistics field who are looking for a settlement in India.

Although your target is tough. Following things you could do....
You must try and circulate this via email to your friends/network first.
Then look for sites like naukri, monster, jobsahead which can give you better responses.
Your aim should always be 2x2 meaning taking leads from each candidate.
Last option should be to go consultants.

I dont know if you have achieved your numbers, i came across your post way too late. But i know of one recruitment firm based out of bangalore which is probably one of the best in logistics and i have seen them do huge numbers with companies like TNT etc...
