Dear Sender,

You can open a spreadsheet and fill in the following details:

Name of employee,
Employee number,
Department,
Designation,
Leave applied on,
Leave From,
To,
Number of days,
Reason for leave,
Recommended by,
Approved by,
Recorded by HR,
Signature,
Balance leave.

Leave balance has to be updated as and when an employee avails leave and when due for new credit of leave.
