This coming Friday and Saturday, and all Saturdays, I have to keep organizing various team-building activities with the objective of boosting the morale of the employees.

Around 60 people are there. It's generally about stress management and leisure time usefulness programs such as TT, Chess, Gym, but they should be different from the regular ones as I have given in the example. Your reply is most awaited.

One of the easiest ways could be to have a luncheon with a department and the supporting departments every quarter. This helps to remove all the barriers between departments, especially the supporting departments that are usually involved in blaming each other.

I am sure you have departmental and organizational parties to celebrate different events, seasons, etc. I shall post a few more ideas if I think of any.
