To make PF returns, the process is carried out once a year, from March 2008 to February 2009, for example. The necessary documents required for PF return are as follows:

1) Individual 3A's
2) Yearly 6A
3) Monthly Challans of that specific year

2. Form 10
3. Form 12a
4. Copy of PF challan
5. Form 2 (nomination form)
6. With covering letter
