You need to fill the form below and submit it to your current employer for transfer. Form 13 is used to apply for a PF Transfer.

For PF transfer, you do not require the consent of your old employer. You can submit Form 13 to your present employer, and they will submit it to the PF authorities. If Form 3A is required, it will be sent to the previous employer.

Hi,

The PF Transfer Form is to be submitted in duplicate. One form is sent to the old employer. Similarly, if the transfers are from more than one account and if a withdrawal is to be made, please ensure that all the transfers are taken care of.
