Hows Calculate Salary For Workingdays

Hello All
Can Any body suggest me.
Salary for working days is to be calculate on CTC or Gross salary
I am confused on this matter.
Are any difference between CTC & Gross Salary

Hi Suman,
Salary for working days is been calculated on gross salary.. as it includes the payment been made in terms of cash..
The difference between them is that CTC includes even all other components as well which are been paid indirectly also... not in terms of cash but in terms of other benefits being provided by the employer..
