How to calculate pt, pt, esi, and also the income tax concept?

Can anyone guide on professional tax.
As our company is into pharma and we were operating from Hyderabad, Telangana State as a corporate office and working for all India.
We do not have any registered offices there but our Marketing employees work there.
As far as Professional Tax is concerned we are deducting PT as per Telangana State Act.
Is that we are supposed to deduct PT as per the particular state TAx or have to follow as per the corporate office.
Need clarification in this regard.
Kindly some one help me out.
