Need Help Creating a Monthly Employee Engagement Calendar for 2008 – Any Templates to Share?

I am supposed to prepare an Employee Engagement Calendar for the Year 2008 comprising various activities/events that can be carried out every month for the employees. Can anyone share a template or sample Calendar for this? Your response to this request is highly appreciated.
